Our diet plays a huge part in how we look and feel and ageing also depends on it. Certainly our best bet is to eat a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. These are high in antioxidants and good fats. These help us age well, but we do not understand that how do junk and processed foods, fat, sugar, alcohol, smoking as well as imbalanced lifestyles affecting our ability to age gracefully. Balanced diet for good health plays important role here.

Look young with healthy diet and lifestyle

For a younger and healthier lifestyle we should include these health tips in our regular diet:-

  • BERRIES: — Berries such as blackberries, and other variety of berries contain flavonoids which has anti- ageing properties.
  • GREEN VEGETABLES: — Green leafy vegetables contain phytochemical which reduces the age related diseases.
  • GREEN TEA: — It has a thermogenic effect on the body which reduces the weight, cholesterol, cancer as well as heart diseases.
  • WHOLE GRAIN: — It is rich in fiber which helps to reduce waist line and fats deposited around the organs.
  • HONEY: — It helps to reduce the occurrence of anxiety as ageing takes place.
  • NUTS: — Nuts are considered as a source of good fat. It improves skin, heart, cardio ability and makes you look and feel younger.
  • FRUITS: — Fruits are always a refreshing source of staying healthy. Its regular consumption helps to glow skin and stay fit.\
  • WATER: — Water is an essential component of our lifestyle as well as for our body. Loss of water leads to dehydration so we should drink 1.5 liters of water daily.

These healthy diet tips for women and men apply for all age groups. Healthy weight loss is also important. Losing weight or maintaining ideal body weight affects health in positive way.

We cannot ignore the power of regular and required sleep. Get yourself into a regular sleeping schedule, make sure you are getting quality sleep, and try to stick to this habit long term for looking younger.

Exercise is the main key factor to stay healthy for ever. Including exercise in our daily routine will help us to increase bone mineral density, making them stronger for long term, boost energy for our body and healthy lifestyle. Doing workout can make your bones, heart, brain, and skin look better and even younger.

So including these simple steps in your lifestyle and having a proper diet will make you look healthier as well as younger. It is fact that most of the people who eat a balanced diet rich in a variety of healthy foods and have a proper lifestyle don’t need to take additional supplements to look younger.
